The following letter will be mailed to all homeowners in the coming week:
Dear Homeowner,
As you may know, Hurricane Michael damaged a significant number of trees in Grove Park. Since the hurricane, the GPCA Board has been getting bids for the removal of the stumps and/or trees. We are also working on replacement plan that will be completed in two stages. The first stage is removal and is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks. Once the trees are removed, the stump areas will be sanded and sodded. The second stage will be replacement. The replacement will occur between November 2019 and January 2020, as this is the best time for planting. The board will do its best to ensure that everyone has at least one tree replanted, however they cannot guarantee this as there are many considerations in the planting process. We ask for your patience during this. Please make sure all sprinkler lines are marked properly as the contractor cannot be responsible for irrigation damage.
Please feel free to contact Regency Multifamily at 334-308-0049 or bjohnson@regencymultifamily.com with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Thank you,
